We leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence and creative tools in our work. Your project information may be processed by these services:

Adobe Firefly, Bing Image Creator, Canva AI, DALL-E, Flux, Ideogram, Leonardo AI, Midjourney, NightCafe, Playground AI, Stable Diffusion, and similar tools.

AI Video & Motion

D-ID, Haiper, HeyGen, Kaiber, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, Pika, PixVerse, Runway, Synthesia, Vidu, and similar tools.

AI Writing & Language

ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai, Gemini, GPT-4, Jasper, Perplexity, Writesonic, and similar tools.

AI Audio & Voice

Adobe Podcast, Descript, ElevenLabs, Murf, Play.ht, Resemble AI, Suno, Udio, and similar tools.

Design & Creative Software

This list is not exhaustive. We continuously evaluate and adopt new tools to deliver the best results. Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

We do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, payment details, or confidential business data) with AI tools. Project content shared with these tools is used solely for creating your deliverables.

We do NOT sell your personal information.

AI & Creative Tools — As described in Section 4, for project delivery

Project Files — Retained for 2 years after project completion

La Llama Data — Retained as long as you have an active referral account
Founding Member Data — Retained indefinitely per agreement (marketing license survives)
Communications — Retained as long as necessary for business purposes
